Our commitment on mobile & text messaging data

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. We use your mobile number only to send the transactional messages you have requested or that relate to services you use — such as one-time security passcodes and appointment notifications.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, username, email address, and a password when you create an account.
  • Contact information — including your mobile phone number, which you provide to enable secure sign-in and appointment text notifications.
  • Appointment and consultation data — bookings you make, the artist you meet with, scheduling details, session notes, and any photos captured during a consultation.
  • Questionnaire responses — answers you provide in our beauty profile quiz to help match you with an artist and personalize recommendations.
  • Facial analysis data — if you use our facial-analysis feature, images and facial-landmark data you submit are processed to provide personalized beauty guidance.
  • Usage and device data — basic technical information such as log data and device/browser details used to operate and secure the Services.

How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
  • To send one-time passcodes for two-factor authentication when you sign in or create an account.
  • To book, confirm, remind you of, and deliver your appointments and video consultations.
  • To provide personalized recommendations and match you with an artist.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
  • To respond to your requests and provide customer support.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Our text messages are transactional only — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages. The messages we send include:

  • One-time passcodes for secure two-factor authentication; and
  • Appointment-related notifications, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and session start alerts for services you have booked.

You consent to receive these messages when you provide your mobile number and take an action such as signing in, creating an account, or booking an appointment. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP or email support@goldiegrace.com for assistance. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, and never with third parties for their own marketing. Specifically:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to deliver the Services — for example, our SMS and video provider (Twilio) to deliver text messages and video consultations, our media host (Cloudinary) to store images, and our hosting and database providers. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own marketing.
  • Your artist. Information relevant to your appointment (such as your name and questionnaire responses) is shared with the makeup artist you book so they can provide your consultation.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share mobile opt-in data or consent with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Note that opting out of two-factor authentication codes may affect your ability to sign in securely.
  • Account information. You may review and update your account details or request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
