These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoldieGrace website at goldiegrace.com and our related beauty consultation services (the “Services”), provided by GoldieGrace (“GoldieGrace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Booking and Consultations

GoldieGrace connects you with professional makeup artists for virtual, one-on-one beauty consultations and related services. When you book an appointment, you agree to the scheduling, attendance, and any cancellation terms presented at the time of booking. Guidance provided during consultations is for personal beauty and cosmetic purposes only and is not professional medical, dermatological, or health advice.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

GoldieGrace operates a transactional text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and taking an action such as signing in, creating an account, or booking an appointment, you consent to receive automated text messages from GoldieGrace at that number. Key details of the program:

• Message types. Messages are transactional and non-marketing, and include: (1) one-time passcodes for secure two-factor authentication, and (2) appointment-related notifications such as booking confirmations, reminders, and session start alerts for services you have booked.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your activity — for example, you generally receive one message per sign-in or verification request, and up to several messages per appointment (such as a confirmation plus reminders).
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GoldieGrace does not charge you for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.
• Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending texts. Note that opting out of two-factor authentication codes may prevent you from signing in securely.
• Help. For help, reply HELP to any message or email us at support@goldiegrace.com.
• Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or is unlawful.

Facial Analysis Feature

Our facial-analysis feature provides automated, cosmetic beauty guidance for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or diagnostic advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the guidance provided.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including their content, design, and branding, are owned by GoldieGrace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldieGrace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
